TG+Discord Confluence Bot

Requirements

1. Onboard to the TG Group Chat Token Tracker Bot and the Discord Channel Token Tracker Bot.

2. Tell the Slate team what confluence threshold you want applied (e.g., X mentions of a token over Y minutes)

Any of these notifications can be toggled on or off or modified by request.
